Assembling the action structure
Prerequisites
- Access to the Management > Planning (PL004) menu;
- Action plan being planned.
Introduction
Actions are specific procedures that must be performed to achieve the objective of the plan.
When planning an action plan, it is necessary to structure the actions and assign them responsible parties, deadlines, and objectives.
Assembling the action structure
See below how to assemble the action structure of an action plan.
In the structure, it is possible to add two types of actions:
- Planned action: It is an action that must be performed.
- Immediate action: It is an action that has already been taken and finished, but is yet to be registered. Thus, immediate actions have no execution or planning, as they have already taken place, and must only be added to be registered.
Conclusion
After assembling the action structure, the responsible parties can start to execute them. See how to execute the actions or monitor their execution.
