Prerequisites

• Access to the Configuration > E-mail server (CM010) menu.
• Previously configured e-mail server.

Introduction

After adding and configuring an e-mail server in the system, it is possible to check if the sending of e-mail notifications is working correctly.

Testing e-mail sending

1. Access the Configuration > E-mail server (CM010) menu.

2. Click on the Search button to display the servers registered in the system. If necessary, use the search filters to locate the desired server more easily.

3. Select the e-mail server and click on the button.

4. Click on the Send test e-mail button.

5. Enter the e-mail to which the test e-mail will be sent.

6. Click on the select option or drag a file to the specified area to test an e-mail being sent with attachments.

7. Click on the Send button. In a few moments, the e-mail will be received. If an error occurs during the test, a notification with its details will be displayed.
