Introduction

SoftExpert Suite allows users to log in on mobile devices with a QR Code, dispensing with the need for inserting access data.

When this type of login is performed, records are generated in the Device management (CM055) menu, which allows for tracking which users are connecting through this method and, consequently, monitoring possible misuse attempts.

Logging in on mobile devices with QR Code

1. Access the SoftExpert Suite Home on your desktop.

2. Click on the icon in the upper right corner of the screen to access your user profile.

3. Click on the Connected devices option.

4. Click on the Generate code button.

5. Use the camera of your smartphone to scan the generated QR Code. Once you are redirected to the system's login screen, simply click on the LOGIN button for your access to be completed.

Monitoring access

1. Access the Configuration > Device management (CM055) menu.

2. Click on the Search button. 

3. Any cases of access through QR Code are shown on the list of records. With the data that is displayed, it is possible to see which users connected through this login method, along with the access date and time.
