Using a checklist in different components

Prerequisites

  • A checklist already created;
  • Access to the Configuration > Checklist menu.

 

Introduction

When the same checklist is needed in different components, it is possible to use the option that comes along with the Add button, on the checklist creation screen, to associate records from other components.

This operation can also be performed via SoftExpert Administration.

Associating an existing checklist

1. Access the Configuration > Checklist menu.

2. Click on the arrow next to the button.

3. Select the Associate existing record option.

4. Use the filters to search for the desired checklist and click on .

5. Select the checklist and click on .

 

Conclusion

The checklist will be ready for association with other records in the system.
