Creating result criteria
Prerequisite
- Access to the Configuration > Audit > Result criterion (AU028) menu.
Introduction
Based on the configurations defined in requirement audit categories, the system allows for recording, after evaluations are carried out, the conclusions and result classifications for the various requirements and objects that are part of the scope of an audit.
Results are reported during the execution of the audit and can be edited while it is tracked. Their classifications derive from the result criterion selected in the configurations of the category.

Creating a result criterion
1. Access the Configuration > Audit > Result criterion (AU028) menu.
2. Click on the button.
3. Enter an ID # and a name for the criterion.
4. Click on the button to enable the other configurations.

5. After saving, access the Result classification tab and click on the button.
6. Enter an ID # and a name for the classification.
7. Choose an icon and a color to represent the classification.
8. If necessary, insert a description for the result.

9. In the Value tab, choose one of these options to classify the result criterion:
Fixed | It allows the result classification value to be unique. In the Fixed value field, enter the value that the result classification will have. |
Variable | It allows the result classification to have a value within a certain range. Use the available fields to enter the minimum value and the maximum value that the result classification will have. |
Not applicable | Entering values will not be necessary. |
10. Click on the button to save the classification. There is no limit for the number of classifications; add as many as needed.
11. Once the configurations are finished, click on the button to save the result criterion.
12. Select the result criterion in the list of records, click on the toolbar button, and confirm the operation to release the record.
Revising a result criterion
If it is necessary to edit the data of a result criterion after it is released, a new revision must be created for the record. See how to perform this operation:
1. Access the Configuration > Audit > Result criterion (AU028) menu.
2. Select the result criterion you wish to edit.
3. Click on the button.
4. On the criterion data screen, click on the button. At this point, a new version will be created for the record, identified by the
icon.

5. Make the necessary changes to the data of the criterion and to the classifications.
6. Use the Comment field in the Revision tab, if you wish to record important information about the revision of the result criterion.
7. After finishing the changes, click on the button.
8. Select the new version of the record, created in the revision process, click on the button, and confirm the operation.
The Revision tab displays the ID #, the status, and the parties responsible for creating and releasing the revision of the audit criterion. The Comment field cannot be edited if the record has been released.
