Tracking an audit
Prerequisites
- Access to the Management > Audit > Tracking (AU012) menu.
- User defined as member of the team responsible for the audit.
- Audit created in the system, in the planning, preparation, approval, execution, or closure step.
Introduction
SoftExpert Audit provides a menu that allows for tracking the audits created in the system, regardless of the step in which they are.
In this menu, the users who are members of the responsible team, which is defined in the category or during the planning, will be able to edit audit data, in addition to copying or deleting audits.

Tracking an audit
1. Access the Management > Audit > Tracking (AU012) menu.

2. Select the audit you wish to track.
3. Use the buttons available on the toolbar:

Click on this button to create a revision for the current audit selected in the list of records. This option will only be valid for project audits. |

Click on this button to edit the data of the audit selected in the list of records. Refer to the Planning a requirement audit and Planning a risk and control plan audit articles for a detailed description of the audit data screen. |

Click on this button to access the project schedule. |
5. Use the Display field, in the third quadrant of the screen, to choose which audit data you wish to view.
6. Select the Working paper option in the Display field.
7. Use the side toolbar button to access the working paper screen. Refer to the Executing a requirement audit and Executing a risk and control plan audit articles for more details.
The side toolbar button can be used to unblock an audit project. It can also be used to unblock the structure of an audit criterion (requirement audit) that is being edited or that has been blocked for any other reason.
Deleting an audit
1. Access the Management > Audit > Tracking (AU012) menu.
2. Select the audit you wish to delete.
3. Click on the button and confirm the operation.
The user will only be able to delete an audit if they are part of the responsible team and have Delete permission in at least one permission profile configured in the audit security record.
