Adding a classroom
Prerequisite
- Access to the Configuration > Classroom (TR031) menu.
Introduction
When planning an in-house training, we can specify where it will take place.
In the Configuration > Classroom (TR031) menu, it is possible to add a classroom, a hall, an auditorium, a conference room, etc.
Then, this record can be associated during the planning of a training.

Creating a classroom
1. Access the Configuration > Classroom (TR031) menu.
2. Click on the side toolbar button to add a classroom.
3. On the screen that will open, enter its ID # and name.
4. In the Description tab, describe the classroom.
5. In the Location tab, enter the classroom's location.
6. In the Comment tab, add a note about the classroom.
7. Lastly, click on to save the changes.

Conclusion
Thus, a classroom has been created to be associated with trainings.
