SoftExpert Training views

 

Prerequisites

  • Access to the View > Course (TR038) menu.
  • Access to the View > Course mapping (TR010) menu.
  • Access to the View > Participation in training (TR013) menu.
  • Access to the View > To-do tasks (TR040) menu.
  • Access to the View > Training: Training calendar (TR016) menu.

Introduction

View menus are provided to make it easier to control records and view saved information.

Course view

It allows for viewing courses and paths in the system.

1. Access the View > Course (TR038) menu.

2. Use the Search filters to perform the search.

3. In the list of results, select the desired record and click on the button to view its data.

 
 

Course mapping view

It allows for viewing the courses that are required and desirable for a certain group or process. 

1. Access the View > Course mapping (TR010) menu.

2. Use the Search filters to perform the search.

3. In the list of results, select the desired record and expand the button. Select one of the available options:

  • View mapping data: it allows for viewing the data of the selected course mapping.
  • View department/position data: it allows for viewing the mapping of the selected department/position or team.
  • View team data: it allows for viewing the data of the team mapped for the selected course.

4. If you wish, select the desired record in the list of records and click on the button to perform analyses on the employees related to the mapped position or team. It is possible to view the employee's requirements and competences radar on the screen that will open.

This menu allows for viewing mappings referring to processes and process activities.

 
 

Course participation view

It allows for viewing all courses of the organization's employees, provided that the logged user has permission to access them granted in SoftExpert Administration.

1. Access the View > Participation in training (TR013) menu.

2. Click on Vision and choose whether you wish to view an employee's trainings, paths, or extracurricular courses.

3. In the list of results, click on the section with the name of the desired employee.

4. Select the desired training, path, or extracurricular course.

5. Then, expand the button. Next, select one of the available options: "View record data" or "View certificate".

6. It is also possible to view the content of the selected training through the toolbar button.

 
 

To-do task view

It allows for viewing a user's to-do tasks.

1. Access the View > To-do tasks (TR040) menu.

2. In the Task type section of the Search filters panel, click on Select task type.

3. On the screen that will open, fill in the desired filters and click on Search.

4. Check or uncheck the task types shown and click on Apply.

5. Then, the tasks of the selected type will be displayed on the list of results.

6. Select the desired task and click on the button to view its data.

 
 

Training calendar view

It allows for tracking all the trainings created in the system, regardless of their status.

1. Access the View > Training > Training calendar (TR016) menu.

2. In the Search filters panel, use the Period filter to filter the calendar by month, week, or day.

3. Use other fields to do the search, if you wish.

4. On the calendar, view the trainings available within the filtered period.

It is also possible to track all reserved resources and classrooms.

1. In the View > Training > Training calendar (TR016) menu, click on Visions and select Resource allocation.

2. In the Search filters panel, use the Period filter to filter the calendar by month, week, or day.

3. In the list of results, select the desired record and click on the button to view its data.

 
 

Training cost view

It allows for viewing the actual and estimated costs of trainings.

1. Access the View > Training > Training cost (TR017) menu.

2. Use the Search filters to perform the search.

3. In the list of results, select the desired record and click on the button to view its data.

 
 

Training instructor view

It allows for viewing both internal and external training instructors.

1. Access the View > Training > Training instructor (TR014) menu.

2. Use the Search filters to perform the search.

3. In the list of results, select the desired record and expand the button. 

4. Next, select one of the available options: "View training data" or "View certificate".

 
 

Training registration view

It allows for viewing the trainings created in the system.

1. Access the View > Training > Training registration (TR012) menu.

2. Use the Search filters to perform the search.

3. In the list of results, select the desired record and expand the button. 

4. Then, select one of the available options: “View training data” or “View evaluation result” (if the evaluation has been performed).
