SoftExpert Time control views
Prerequisites
- Access to the View > Timesheet (TC036) menu.
- Access to the View > Resource calendar (TC038) menu.
- Access to the View > Task (TC018) menu.
- Access to the View > Resource (TC019) menu.
- Access to the View > To-do tasks (TC045) menu.
Introduction
View menus are provided to facilitate control over records and the display of saved information.

Timesheet
It allows for viewing the total time entered by resources within a period.

Resource calendar
It allows for viewing the resource calendar within a period.
1. Access the View > Resource calendar (TC038) menu.
2. In the Vision section, define the calendar display mode: "Daily", "Work week", "Weekly", or "Monthly".
2. In the "General" section of the search filters, select the period that will be displayed in the resource calendar.
3. Apply filters through the Display, Status, and Search in fields available in the Search filters panel.
4. It is also possible to set advanced filters through the button.
5. In the View section, it is possible to see a resource's data.
6. Through the Histogram button, it is possible to view a chart with a resource's allocated hours.

Task
It allows for viewing nonproject tasks (SoftExpert Time control) and project tasks (SoftExpert Project).
1. Access the View > Task (TC018) menu.
2. In the Type section of the Search filters panel, click on Select type.
3. On the screen that will open, select the desired task type and click on Apply.
5. Then, the tasks of the selected type will be displayed in the list of results.
6. Select the desired task and expand the button to choose viewing object data or project data, if it is a project task.
7. If you wish, you can also view the schedule of a project task. To do so, select a project task and click on the
button.
Resource
It allows for viewing resource usage in tasks, in monitored events, in meetings, in planned or isolated actions, etc.
1. Access the View > Resource (TC019) menu.
2. In the Type section of the Search filters panel, click on Select type.
3. On the screen that will open, select the desired resource type and click on Apply.
4. In the Period section of the Search filters panel, it is possible to select the resource allocation date interval in the Start and End fields.
5. After setting the filters, click on the SEARCH button.
6. Select the desired resource and click on the available toolbar buttons:
- To view resource data, click on the
button.
- To view the resource calendar, click on the button.
- To analyze the resource through a vision, expand the
button and click on the Resource option.
- To analyze the allocation history through a vision, expand the
button and click on the Allocation history option.
- To view the resource histogram, expand the More button and click on the
button.

To-do tasks
It allows for viewing the to-do tasks of SoftExpert Time control users.
1. Access the View > To-do tasks (TC045) menu.
2. In the Task type section of the Search filters panel, click on Select task type.
3. On the screen that will open, fill in the desired filters and click on Search.
4. Check or uncheck the task types shown and click on Apply.
5. Then, the tasks of the selected type will be displayed in the list of results.
6. Select the desired task and click on the button to view its data.
