Prerequisites

• Access to the menu Management > Tracking (PT004) or My Tasks > Protocol Tracking.
• Protocol already dispatched.

Presentation

Through the tracking menu or task, users can view protocols that are available to be started or that are already in progress.

This feature allows users to monitor the progress of each protocol, resend email notifications to recipients, and, when necessary, cancel routing operations in progress.

The display of protocols follows the security rules defined in the general parameters: if the option “Allow listing records for which the user does not have permission in registration and management” is not enabled, only protocols for which the logged-in user has the “Edit” control will be displayed.

Track routing

1. Access the menu Management > Tracking (PT004) or My Tasks > Protocol Tracking.

2. Fill in the filters to locate specific protocols.

3. Click SEARCH.

4. Locate and select the desired protocol in the results list.

5. Click the button to view, in graphical format, the stages already executed and currently in progress, the users responsible for each stage, and the dates on which they occurred.

6. Use the toolbar options to access additional features:

	Displays the data screen of the selected protocol. To use this option, the user must have the “View” control allowed in the protocol security settings.
	Allows canceling the routing of the selected protocol. To use this option, the user must have the “Cancel” control allowed in the protocol security settings.
	Allows dispatching the selected protocol again to other recipients. Only protocols with “Electronic” support defined in their type can be dispatched again.
	By expanding the arrow next to this button, the following options are available: Report settings: configure and generate label or protocol history reports, create new reports, or associate existing reports. Export to Excel: exports the search results list to an Excel file. Legend: displays the parameters available for configuring new reports.
	Resends protocol notifications by email to the recipients defined in the dispatch.
	Adjusts the main screen to display three areas. In the third panel, the details of the protocol selected in the second panel are displayed.
	Adjusts the main screen to display only two panels.

Routing tracking provides users with greater visibility and control over protocols in progress, ensuring transparency, traceability, and the ability to act quickly in situations that require resending notifications or canceling operations.
