Prerequisites

  • Access the menu Consultation > Initiative (PF012).
  • Access the Consultation > Review menu (PF013).
  • Access the menu Consultation > Tasks (PF014).

 

Presentation

The query menus are available to facilitate the control of records and the viewing of registered information.

Consult initiatives

1. Access the menu Consultation > Initiative (PF012).

2. In the Type section of the Search Filters panel , click Select type.

3. On the screen that opens, select the type of initiative and click Apply.

4. If desired, you can also use advanced filters to find a record via the Advanced Filters section, via the button

Advanced query filters

Use the filters described below to locate desired records using specific information. 

Favorites

Select the "Favorites only" option to display only the records classified as favorites in the query. For the query to return results, there must be records marked as favorites.

General

Using this filter, you can locate an initiative by its general data, such as identifier, name, and status.

Attributes

Use this filter to locate an initiative based on the attributes associated with the initiative you wish to view.

Display attributes

Use the fields in this filter to locate a stratification using the associated initiative. To perform the search, select the desired initiative, enter the identifier and name, and fill in the revision data. If you wish to view the current revision, check the option "Show only the last approved revision".

 

5. After applying your desired filters, click the SEARCH button.

6. Select the desired feature and click the buttons available in the toolbar:

  • To view the initiative's data, click the button .
  • To analyze the initiative through a vision, click the button .

 

Consult review

It allows you to view revisions of registered initiatives regardless of the stage they are in.

1. Access the menu Consultation > Review (PF013).

2. In the Type section of the Search Filters panel, click Select type.

3. On the screen that opens, select the type of initiative and click Apply.

4. If desired, you can also use advanced filters to find a record via the Advanced Filters section, via the button.

Advanced query filters

Use the filters described below to locate desired records using specific information. 

Favorites

Use the fields in this filter to locate an initiative based on the attributes associated with the initiative whose review you wish to view.

Use this filter to select an attribute that will be displayed as a column in the query's record list using the Add attribute to result button. To include more than one attribute in this query, use the Add button at the bottom of the panel that will appear.

 

5. After applying your desired filters, click the SEARCH button.

6. Select the desired record and click the buttons available in the toolbar:

  • To view the review data, click the button .
  • To review the initiative from a perspective, click the button .

 

View tasks

Allows you to view the pending tasks of SoftExpert Portfolio users.

1. Access the menu Consultation > Tasks (PF014).

2. In the Task Type section of the Search Filters panel, click Select a task type.

Use the filters described below to locate desired records using specific information.

General

Using this filter, you can locate an initiative by its general data, such as identifier, name, and username.

 

3. On the screen that opens, fill in the desired filters and click Search.

4. Select or unselect the task types shown and click Apply.

5. Next, tasks of the selected type will be displayed in the results list.

6. Select the desired task and click the button to view its data.

In this way, the records can be consulted to keep track of the registered initiatives and available tasks.
