Editing evaluation scores

 

Prerequisites

  • Answered evaluation.
  • Access to the View > Evaluation (CT009) menu.
  • Access to the File > Customer (CT001) menu.

 

Introduction

When a contact does not answer an evaluation or does not answer it on time, it is possible to manually give the related customer a score, which will replace the former score.

This way, only the final score can be changed, and the content of the answers will not go through revision.

Editing evaluation scores

1. Access the File > Customer (CT001) menu.

2. Select the desired customer and click on the button.

3. On the screen that will open, access the Evaluation tab.

4. Then, select the score you wish to edit and click on the button.

The button will only be enabled if the evaluation is finished and the user who edits the score is part of the team responsible for the survey template used in the evaluation.

 

6. Enter the new score in the Current evaluation field.

7. Then, enter an explanation.

8. After doing that, click on the button.

Once a score is changed, the E (edited) column will be shown with a check mark. When the survey response data screen is opened, we can still see the score obtained with the answer.
