Presentation:


The task query allows you to track the pending tasks of any SoftExpet Competência user. This feature helps managers and supervisors monitor the progress of activities, making it possible to verify whether employees are completing their tasks within the established deadlines.
 

Track tasks

1 - In the Search > Tasks menu , access the screen to view pending tasks.

2 - In the Task Type filter , click the Select a task type button .

3 - In the displayed panel, use the search filters located at the top to find the desired task types.

4 - Fill in the fields according to your needs, such as Task , User , Role , or Area responsible for execution.

5 - If you wish to include subordinate areas or functions, check the Show sublevel records option .

6 - Click Search to display the list of task types that match the criteria entered.

7 - If the result is not as expected, adjust the filters and search again.

8 - When the result is correct, click Apply to use these task types in the main query.

9 - After applying the task types, verify that they will be displayed in the Search Panel , located on the left side of the main screen, separated according to their types: Execution and Monitoring .

10 - The task list will be displayed in the right-hand panel, allowing the user to analyze deadlines, responsible parties, and statuses according to the defined criteria.
