Exporting and importing XLS spreadsheet data

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Management > Collection tracking (SP004) menu.
  • Previously created data collection.

Introduction

The .xls spreadsheet is used when it is necessary to acquire collection data in an environment without internet access.

In this case, the collection is exported, the information is filled out directly in the exported spreadsheet, and the spreadsheet information is imported into the system.

Through the spreadsheet, it is possible to fill out the samples and the collection information such as shift, operator, and machine, and to disable samples.

When the import is performed, if required information is missing, the system displays a screen with the pending information.
