Prerequisites

• Access to the Management > Collection tracking (SP004) menu.
• Active license for SoftExpert Document.
• Executed data collection.

Introduction

This resource allows for generating a data collection report as a document in SoftExpert Document. 

The report will be automatically published when finishing the collection. The system will generate a complete collection report, including charts for each characteristic, and the document will be created in the configured SoftExpert Document category.

Configuring the report publication

1. Access the Management > Collection tracking (SP004) menu.

2. Select the collection in which you wish to configure report publishing.

3. Click on the button.

4. In the General tab, check the Publish report in SE Document option.

5. Choose a category.

6. Click on the button. 

Conclusion

Thus, the report will be successfully published in SoftExpert Document. To see the result of this configuration, simply finish the collection.
