Publishing a report in SoftExpert Document

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Management > Collection tracking (SP004) menu.
  • Previously created data collection.

 

Introduction

This feature allows storing the collection report as a document in SoftExpert Document. 

The report will be automatically published when finishing the collection. The system will generate a complete collection report, including charts for each characteristic, and the document will be created in the configured SoftExpert Document category.

See below how to perform this configuration.

 

Configuring the report publication

1. Access the Management > Collection tracking (SP004) menu.

2. On the screen that will be opened, select the desired collection to configure the report publication.

3. Click on the button.

4. In the General > Report publication section, check the Publish report in SoftExpert Document option.

5. Enter a category.

6. Lastly, click on the button. 

 

Conclusion

Thus, the report will be successfully published in SoftExpert Document. To see the result of this configuration, simply finish the collection.
