OKR - 3.0.0
Comment suggestion with AI in check-in records
In version 3.0, SoftExpert OKR presents an option for automatically generating comments with artificial intelligence: upon asking for a suggestion using the AI agent, the user receives a comment based on the data of a performed check-in.
This feature makes the process of creating comments faster, more consistent, and customized, ensuring clearer and contextualized communication for each check-in.

Analytics cube for objectives and KPIs
In this new version of the system, it is possible to generate process Cube reports for KPIs and objectives.
This feature simplifies the creation of visions and customized reports, making the process faster, more practical, and better integrated with SoftExpert Analytics.
This way, the user can obtain advanced analyses without needing to switch between screens or building queries manually, which optimizes the use of the data to support strategic decisions.

A more interactive and detailed check-in chart
The check-in chart has been enhanced to provide a clearer and complete view of data evolution over time.
Now, it is possible to track progress continuously, with target indicators and trends that make for a more intuitive and informative performance monitoring.
Additionally, the chart can be exported directly through the button in the key result window, being displayed full screen and expanded for better data analysis.

Associate documents and attach files to check-in records
Now, it is possible to associate documents and attach files directly when creating or editing a check-in record.
This improvement makes the tracking process more complete and centralized, enabling the addition of evidence, reports, and support materials more practically.
Thus, the monitoring of results becomes more transparent, organized, and contextualized, facilitating analysis and communication among teams.

Action plans and isolated actions associated with key results
In order to strengthen the bond between execution and performance, now it is possible to associate action plans and isolated actions with a key result.
This association makes it easier to track initiatives that impact the results, ensuring a more integrated, strategic, and performance-oriented management.

New check-in parameter
A new parameter has been added to allow for turning comments into requirement on the check-in screen.
When this feature is activated in the General parameters (OK011) menu, filling in the Comment field before completing the recording will be mandatory.
If this option remains disabled, comments will continue to be optional, which ensures configuration flexibility to meet the needs of each team or process.

A more detailed objective, key result, and check-in history
The history of the objective, key result, and check-in screen has been expanded and enhanced to provide a more detailed and transparent tracking of the actions carried out in the system.
Now, objective calculation events, key result and objective data changes, in addition to security records are logged, including the option of inhering security configurations.
For key results, the history has also started to track alterations made to calculations, performed check-ins, associations, and data changes.

Improvements on the key result data screen
To make the process of editing a key result faster, now it is possible to edit its title directly from its data screen.
Additionally, the screen now displays performed check-ins, with the comments recorded for each one, making it easier to track updates.
These improvements enable a faster and more efficient navigation, editing, and analysis concerning key results, providing greater clarity and convenience when managing indicators and targets.

Improvements in the objective diagram
The objective diagram has been enhanced to provide greater clarity, usability, and visual organization.
Now, it is possible to click directly on the elements of the diagram in order to open the data of the objective or of the key result that is related, making for a more fluid and interactive navigation.
Moreover, a limit of up to 10 key results per objective has been added, which ensures greater clarity, legibility, and focus for the visualization, facilitating the analysis and tracking of strategic indicators.

Configuration of a limit date for the check-in
As of this version, SoftExpert OKR allows for setting a limit date for check-ins to be performed, promoting greater control and regularity in the records.
When creating a period, the system automatically suggests the monthly frequency, which can be adjusted as needed. Each frequency has its own configuration to define until when the check-in can be performed.
Additionally, the system blocks check-ins from being done on future dates, ensuring greater consistency, accuracy, and reliability for recorded information.

Analyze with AI
As of this version, the system contains the new Analyze with AI feature, which runs automatic analyses of existing data in the system.
Analyze with AI uses artificial intelligence to automatically interpret the progress of team-defined objectives, providing a clearer and more accurate view of the results.
This feature has been developed to make OKR evaluation more accessible, straightforward, and data-oriented, supporting strategic decisions based on actual and updated information.
The Analyze with AI resource will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers.
New advanced filters for check-in tasks
Advanced options for check-in filters have been added to the Task center; they allow for refining searches by Objective, Key result, Progress, Last check-in, Period, Period status, Check-in update frequency, Confidence level, and Check-ins not completed.
The new filters strengthen control over the tracking of results and facilitate the identification of pending actions.

Definition of decimal places by key result type
As of this version, it is possible to set a number of decimal places when creating a key result, according to the selected type.
This configuration is automatically reflected in the check-ins, ensuring consistency for when values are viewed and updated.
For numeric values, the initial suggestion is 2 decimal places, and up to 4 can be configured; for the percentage type, the initial suggestion is no decimal places, with the possibility of configuring up to 2; and for the deliverable type, there are no decimal place options.

New current status field for check-ins
Now, key results of the deliverable type have the new Current status field, which automatically defines the behavior of the Current value field. When the user selects:
- Not started, the field is disabled and saved with value 0.
- Finished, the field is disabled too, but is saved with value 100.
- In progress, the field is enabled for completion with a value between 1 and 99.
With this improvement, the progress calculation now considers the value inserted in the check-in record, replacing the previous model based on fixed percentages (0, 50, and 100).
Key results of the numeric and percentage types remain unaltered, which ensures greater accuracy and control when tracking deliverables.

New objective sorting options
The Objective (OKR002) menu has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility for data display and analysis.
Now, it is possible to sort the objectives by status, objective, period, and progress, which allows each user to organize the information according to their needs.

New access control by permission profile
In version 3.0, the Permission profile (OK014) menu has been created to manage, in a centralized manner, the permissions for access to objectives, key results, and KPIs.
The screens now follow the rules defined by profile, with these permission types:
- Objective and key result: add, edit, delete, view, security data, and check-in.
- KPI: add, edit, delete, view, target, and measurement.
This improvement ensures greater control, security, and flexibility for access management, as it allows for configuring authorizations more accurately, in alignment with each user's responsibilities.

E-mail notifications for users mentioned in comments
As of this new system version, when a user is mentioned in an objective, key result, or KPI comment, an e-mail notification will be sent automatically, as long as they have an e-mail address in their record.
This improvement strengthens communication among users and makes it easier to track interactions, ensuring that all parties involved are kept posted on discussions and updates in the module.

Menu centralization
In version 3.0, the system keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management.
The Team (OK012) and Attribute (OK013) menus have been removed from SoftExpert OKR and are now centralized in SoftExpert Administration.
This centralization makes for a simpler and more efficient user experience, allowing data maintenance to be carried out in a single place.
The result is greater consistency among the modules, as well as greater agility for those who manage or use this information in the system.
Task center
The Task center is an evolution of the old My tasks menu, now with a more modern and efficient proposal.
Previously, the user needed to access different screens in order to execute activities such as revisions, revalidations, etc.
With the new Center, all tasks are gathered in a single optimized environment, which allows for a more fluid and centralized navigation.
This redesign brings about greater convenience to the day-to-day routine, as it allows for viewing, filtering, and executing tasks of different types in a single place.
