More control when cancelling articles
For a clearer, more transparent, and auditable cancellation process, we have added new required and optional fields that allow for explaining, in a structured manner, why an article is being cancelled.
As of this update, when cancelling an article, you will be able to record information such as:
- Detailed explanation of the reason for the cancellation.
- Date when the action was performed.
- User responsible for the cancellation.
This data is stored in the article's history, enabling greater internal control and full traceability for the actions, in addition to facilitating the audit and compliance processes that may take place.
Moreover, this improvement contributes to a more organized content management, as it allows for clearly identifying the reasons for the deletions and the parties responsible for each action.
Menu centralization
In version 3.0, the system keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management.
The Team (KB005), Checklist (KB009), and Attribute (KB010) menus have been removed from SoftExpert Knowledge base and are now centralized in the SoftExpert Administration module.
This centralization makes for a simpler and more efficient user experience, allowing data maintenance to be carried out in a single place.
The result is greater consistency among the components, as well as greater agility for those who manage or use this information in the system.
Task center
The Task center is an evolution of the old My tasks menu, now with a more modern and efficient proposal.
Previously, the user needed to access different screens in order to execute activities such as revisions, revalidations, etc.
With the new Center, all tasks are gathered in a single optimized environment, which allows for a more fluid and centralized navigation.
This redesign brings about greater convenience to the day-to-day routine, as it allows for viewing, filtering, and executing tasks of different types in a single place.
