How it works
SoftExpert Chatbot is totally configurable, does not require coding (no code/low code), and can be designed in two main ways:
- Content chatbot: allows for creating customized conversation flows, supporting messages, menus, attachments, external integrations, and even connections to the system's workflows.
- Router chatbot: groups and manages several content chatbots; it allows for standardizing visual configurations and making the chatbot available directly in the system's workspace.
The new module also supports integrations with external APIs, use of intelligent variables, and conversation simulations in staging environments, ensuring flexibility and security in the development of interactions.
