Action plan - 3.0.0
Menu centralization
In version 3.0, the system keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management.
The Attribute (PL012), Checklist (PL013), and Team (PL014) menus have been removed from SoftExpert Action plan and are now centralized in the SoftExpert Administration module.
This centralization makes for a simpler and more efficient user experience, allowing data maintenance to be carried out in a single place.
The result is greater consistency among the modules, as well as greater agility for those who manage or use this information in the system.
Task center
The Task center is an evolution of the old My tasks menu, now with a more modern and efficient proposal.
Previously, the user needed to access different screens in order to execute activities such as revisions, revalidations, etc.
With the new Center, all tasks are gathered in a single optimized environment, which allows for a more fluid and centralized navigation.
This redesign brings about greater convenience to the day-to-day routine, as it allows for viewing, filtering, and executing tasks of different types in a single place.

The security rule of the Action plan planning task has been changed. This task no longer validates the "List" permission of the records (action plan or isolated action), which allows the user to view these tasks despite not having this permission in the category or in the object itself.
Additionally, the new Task center caused the system to generate tasks differently. For this reason, when the Planning approval, Effectiveness verification, and Action verification tasks use a dynamic approver (wild card), and the user defined as this approver is changed, the task will remain with the former user until being transferred to a new one.
In previous versions, the system performed this operation automatically; now, the task transfer resource must be used for these cases.
New web service to change action plan status
We have added a new web service for cancelling and reactivating action plans.
With this web service, it will be possible to automate processes and enable more integration possibilities. It is important to highlight that it will work only with action plans, not with isolated actions.
This web service is available also for version 2.2.4 of the system.
Access the documentation for this web service in the Integration guide and learn more.
New web service to change the security of action plans and isolated actions
We have added a new web service for changing the security of action plans and isolated actions.
For this web service to work correctly, the action plan used must not be inheriting the security from its category.
This web service is available also for version 2.2.4 of the system.
Access the documentation for this web service in the Integration guide and learn more.
Improvement in the display of messages for rejected plans/actions
From now on, messages concerning the rejection of actions and action plans will no longer be displayed indiscriminately. That is, messages for rejected action plans and isolated actions will be shown only when the rejection takes place in the last executed cycle.
Moreover, the messages will be displayed according to the statuses of the action plans and isolated actions:
- Action plan: the rejection message will be shown when the action plan is in the planning step.
- Isolated action: the rejection message will be shown when the action is in the planning or execution step.
Predecessor actions in the integrated Kanban widget
Now, in the system's Kanban widget, the link between predecessor actions will be considered.
In the new version, the actions that have predecessor actions will only be displayed for execution in the widget if the predecessor ones are closed.
