Configurations discontinued in the task type
Some options available in the task type have been discontinued in this version.
Now, it will not be possible to define customer/supplier association as a requirement, or to restrict this association to specific steps. These configuration options have been removed to simplify the task parameterization model.
Associating customers and suppliers with a task will be optional and will have no step restrictions.
A quicker and more intuitive association among components
Managing associations among components has become much easier in SoftExpert Suite.
Before, linkage used to be performed in different tabs, making this task slow and little intuitive. With the new Associations section, all options have been gathered in one single place. Simply choose the type and desired object to establish the association without exiting the screen.
Records will be organized by association type. It will be possible to view records in the form of a list or card, apply filters, and even create new links directly. All this streamlines the routine and strengthens the integration among the components.
The "Document", "Meeting", and "Customer/Supplier" buttons have been removed from the data of nonproject tasks, and the records linked to these tasks have been transferred to the new section.
Resource type menu centralized
The Resource type menu is now part of the SoftExpert Administration component. This will centralize the management of administrative records in one single place, facilitating maintenance and access to configurations.
