Form - 2.2.4
Use of obsolete functions blocked
From versions 2.2.0.388 and 2.2.1.145 onwards, new rules related to the use of deprecated formulas in the system have been implemented.
After December 31st, 2024, it will not be possible to start workflows if deprecated formulas are identified in forms or process activities. However, instances that are already under execution can continue to use the formulas with no interruptions.
From June 30th, 2025, deprecated formulas will completely cease to be executed by the system.
As of version 3.0.0, SQL queries in forms must necessarily start with the word SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, or DELETE.
New editable table element
As of version 2.2.4, responsive forms feature a new element that can be inserted while they are designed.
The new editable table element allows for inserting, editing, and validating data directly in the table cells, ensuring a continuous, agile, and intuitive input experience, even when dealing with massive volumes of information.
Editing data when importing forms
The system now allows for editing form identification and related tables during the import process.
This update provides greater flexibility, making it possible to adapt imported forms to different contexts, without restrictions as to original configurations.
Simple list and option group management linked to the table field
Now, the options referring to the Simple list and Option group elements are configured directly in the table field to which they are linked, and no longer in the form element itself.
This is an interface change only; the usual system operation remains, but the relationship of the options with the table field has become more explicit, which simplifies maintenance and reduces risks of incorrect configuration.
Display of the action plan container directly in the form
As of the new version, the data of an action plan container is made available directly on the form screen, without the need to view the workflow.
