Quick response via SMS/WhatsApp
The new version of SoftExpert Survey will allow users to answer quick surveys via SMS or WhatsApp messages, without the need to open any system screen. This feature makes it faster to collect user feedback.
For this new feature to work correctly, the manager must create a record in SoftExpert Survey with just one question configured (descriptive, single selection, or NPS) and without requiring an attachment or comment in the response. Then, access the “Notification” tab and, in the text of the message sent via SMS/WhatsApp, add the Question option.
After performing the configurations, the user will receive the question to answer it. Thus, the speed of data collection and the response rate will be improved.

Answering the NPS question directly via e-mail
Update the system to answer NPS (Net Promoter Score) questions directly in the body of the e-mail sent to answer the survey.
After creating a record with an NPS question, the manager must access the “E-mail” tab and check the “Display NPS question in e-mail" option. Then, the e-mail will be sent with the NPS question in the message body and its answer alternatives. The user can respond directly to the received e-mail.
The new feature simplifies the collection of user opinions, which allows for an effective analysis of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
