Association structure in the storeroom data
To further integrate SoftExpert products, we have added the association structure to the storeroom data. Users will have access to a panel in which it will be possible to link different components of the system to the record.
We have also added new components for association, such as Storeroom, Risk, MSA, FMEA, Maintenance, and Training. With the association grouper, the user can enter the reason for the relationship between objects.
The “Create” button was made available to record new SoftExpert Suite objects directly through the data screen. In other words, it will be possible to create a document, an asset, a storeroom event, an article, an item, a maintenance activity, etc. directly through the storeroom data. This makes creating and associating objects with the storeroom simpler and more agile.
Association structure for storeroom events
Like the storeroom data, the data from the SoftExpert Storeroom events will also have the association structure highlighted in the previous topic.
From the structure, users can link records from other SoftExpert Suite components to the event.
End of the measurement conversion menu
The Measurement conversion (STM041) menu was discontinued by SoftExpert Storeroom, as it had an informative function without any practical use.
Unification of the Revenue type and Expense type menus
The Revenue type (STM046) and Expense type (STM045) menus were unified in the new Financial type (AD070) menu of SoftExpert Administration.
This change simplifies the registration of expenses and revenues, as the cost, expense, and revenue types will be managed on a single screen to optimize financial administration.
Existing cost and revenue types have been migrated to the new table, now with ID #s in the "Number_ID" format (e.g.: 1_Transport), limited to 50 characters. This change was made to avoid duplication of ID #s between records.
Cost and revenue type data was also migrated to new tables. If you have a customized portal to display cost and revenue type information, you will need to contact SoftExpert support to ensure the changes will be made.
