New SoftExpert Request security

From this version onwards, the security of the SoftExpert Request component works with permission profiles.

It is now possible to create and manage profiles through a new menu.

Profiles can be created as needed.

Once permission profiles are created, they can be associated with the request types both in the request type security and in the request security, informing users, departments, positions, and teams, and connecting them to the desired permission profile.

In this new version, the user can choose the card size to use and improve their experience. The preference will be saved per service catalog.

Discontinued widgets

With the new operations covered by the Service catalog, some widgets have been discontinued from SoftExpert Suite in version 2.2.1:

  • SoftExpert Suite > Quick actions;
  • Request > Request issuance;

Existing widgets mentioned above will continue to work for now, but an obsolescence message will be displayed.

They are expected to be removed in the next versions.
