Allow sorting initiatives through the side menu

The possibility for the user to sort the initiatives through Drag'n'Drop in the side Backlog menu has been made available in the system. 

With this feature, the user can manage the listing according to the needs of the team.

 

Create task for another Workspace

Now, when creating a new task, both in the Kanban Backlog and in the Board, the system displays the Workspace information for selection. 

With this feature, the user can create tasks for other teams without the need to switch Workspaces, improving their daily routines.

Aiming to facilitate sharing tasks between teams, the share button has been added next to the task ID #. 

With this feature, by clicking on the button, the system copies the task link to the user's clipboard, allowing them to send it to other users of the organization.

 

Initiative badge in the Backlog listing

From this version onwards, the Backlog displays a specific column for initiatives in the task listing. 

With this information, it is easier to see the initiative to which the task was added, facilitating its prioritization.

 

Date and time required in sprint creation

It is no longer mandatory to fill out the date and time fields when creating a sprint.

Users often work with the sprint structure to sort their tasks without knowing exactly when the sprint will be started. 

Validations of these fields remain mandatory once the user tries to start the sprint, requiring their completion.


Task highlight  

Aiming to visually highlight the Board, the system now allows users to highlight the task card as needed.

The feature allows selecting colors and entering the reason for the highlight. 

This feature simplifies highlighting tasks that must become a priority.

 

Batch editing the main task data

Sometimes, it is necessary to add the same information to several tasks, and the process can be taxing to do individually. From this version onwards, the system will allow batch editing several task data. 

With this feature, managing tasks in the backlog becomes easier, with the possibility of adding or editing information on several tasks at the same time. 

The first batch editing option is for the Initiative field, but new options will be added during the version.

 

Task data on full screen

During the version, the system will make available a new data screen for Kanban tasks. 

This new structure displays the information that exists in the drawer, but on full screen and divided into topics. 

The feature allows editing and viewing data, simplifying the process of analyzing and writing tasks and of sharing the task link, as the user will always be redirected to this screen.
