Audit - 2.2.0

Off-line audit execution

From this version onwards, the SoftExpert Audit component will have an exclusive application.

The main objective is to allow the user to record the findings of the audit even when there is no internet connection, activating the data synchronization once the connection is re-established.

The application presents the user with the list of audits under execution in the task menu, enabling the download of data and the execution of audits.

Moreover, the completion of the working paper is available for audits with execution based on ISO19011. Thus, it is possible to enter the conformity level, attachments, and evidence with texts and images.

It is worth noting that some features are restricted to completion via desktop, such as test execution with samples and occurrence information.

This improvement is not available for audit projects in which the audit tasks are managed through SoftExpert Project.

The application is available by accessing the following links:

Occurrence creation and association using process instances

As SoftExpert Problem, SoftExpert Incident, and SoftExpert Workflow have been unified, SoftExpert Audit now uses process instances instead of incidents and problems.

Thus, in the audit working paper, the occurrences can be recorded through action plans, isolated actions, or process instances.

In order to treat audit occurrences, it is necessary to have acquired the SoftExpert Action Plan and SoftExpert Workflow components.

Automatic update of audit templates and plans with scope based on risk and control plans

From this version onwards, the system can be configured to update the audit plan and template structures when a new revision of the risk and control plan is released in SoftExpert Risk.

New access/security definition method

Aiming to improve performance and reuse the access controls, the audit security now has access profiles.

Thus, the user can create and manage profiles through a new menu. For example, users who work as auditors will have profiles with the actions to add, edit, and view.

To do so, in the category or audit data, simply select the profile and enter the user, department, and team that will have access, for a better management and reuse of the access controls.

Add identification mask for population

From this version onwards, it is possible to configure a mask to identify the populations used in audit tests.

From this version onwards, it is possible to configure the responsible team in the category. After creating the audit, the Responsible team field can be edited if necessary.
