Creating a material warehouse
Prerequisite
- Access to the File > Material warehouse (PM017) menu.
Introduction
A material warehouse is used to organize and structure the materials that can be associated with processes in SoftExpert Process. It allows adding and grouping physical resources or supplies used in activities, facilitating their identification and control during modeling.
As an example, the "Office supplies" warehouse will be created, which can be used in the inputs and outputs of a purchase request process.
Creating a material warehouse
1. Access the File > Material warehouse (PM017) menu.
2. Click on the +Create button.
3. On the screen that will open, enter an ID # and a name.
4. If necessary, use the Description field to provide additional data about the material warehouse.
5. Click on the 
button.
