Prerequisite

• Access to the Configuration > General parameters (SP019) menu.

Introduction

Once configured, advanced task deadlines will be valid for all SoftExpert SPC data collections.

This parameter will cause the system to display the task a few days before the data collection execution deadline, allowing the user to execute the collection in advance. 

Setting an advanced deadline enables a proactive task management, contributing to greater commitment as to the frequency of the collections.

Configuring an advanced task deadline

1. Access the Configuration > General parameters (SP019) menu.

2. Click on the Control panel tab.

3. In the Parameterization section, in the Advanced task period field, use the arrows to set how many days in advance the to-do task will be displayed.

4. Click on the button to finish.

Conclusion
