Configuring work shifts

Prerequisite

  • Access to the Configuration > Work shift (SP016) menu.

 

Introduction

Work shifts refer to the different workday periods of an organization's employees.

This record is important because it specifies at what moment a data collection was executed, helping control productivity and monitor parameters.

Adding shifts is a simple procedure; check it out:

 

Configuring a work shift

1. Access the Configuration > Work shift (SP016) menu.

2. Click on the Create records icon. Create button.

3. On the shift data screen, enter an ID # and a name for the shift.

4. Set the start and end time for the shift.

5. Click on Save and create new icon. to save the record and create a new shift, or on Save and exit icon. to finish.

By expanding the Create records icon. Create button, the options of generating via import and asking AI are made available. The Ask AI feature will only be available for customers that have an active license for SoftExpert Copilot.
