Introduction

Preventive maintenance is regularly done to prevent problems. In order to meet recurrence needs, it must necessarily be created from an activity plan.

If the Create activity automatically option is checked in the activity plan, the system will automatically create the maintenance activity, sending it directly to the responsible technician. Thus, the steps in this article become useful for activity plans that do not have the automatic creation option checked, or for when an activity outside of the frequency needs to be created.

In this article, as an example, a maintenance activity will be created to prevent problems on a machine's high pressure pump. This maintenance will be created from the plan defined in the previous step of the flow, which has, in its structure, one maintenance planned per month throughout the year, totaling a frequency of 12 months.
