Prerequisites

Introduction

A maintenance route involves a sequence of activities intended for the maintenance of various assets or of a location, working as checklist for maintenances.

Its configuration, performed in the Maintenance route tab, is enabled after the plan has its general data saved for the first time. A standard activity is mandatory for route configuration, but does not require any specific data.

In this article, as an example, a maintenance route will be configured for a specific production line. The first activity will be a general verification of the production line, that is, a maintenance activity by location; the second activity, a specific sensor inspection; the third activity will focus on the hydraulic system of the production line, and so on.
