• Previously created predictive analysis type.
• SoftExpert Process among the solutions acquired by your organization.
• SoftExpert Workflow among the solutions acquired by your organization.
• Access to the Predictive analysis (DL001) menu.

Introduction

With a predictive analysis type created, it is possible to add a process mining analysis.

Process mining seeks to provide an in-depth view of business processes in order to improve operations through event logs.

Each executed step of the process leaves traces (event logs) that are automatically extracted and connected to the variant explorer and to the conformity analysis.

Process mining is integrated with SoftExpert Workflow, which enables automatic data sourcing.

Creating an analysis

See below how to add a process mining analysis:

1. Access the Predictive analysis (DL001) menu.

2. Expand the Create button and select the Process mining option.

3. On the screen that will open, enter the record's ID # and name, as well as the assignee and the process through which the analysis will be performed.

4. Then, click on the Continue button.

5. On the process mining data screen, click on the Calculate button. This way, the analysis will be executed. 

6. Click on the Analysis button to check it.

Conclusion

Once the analysis is created, the variants must be explored, and the conformity of the processes must be calculated.
