Presentation
Copilot, SoftExpert's Artificial Intelligence (AI), offers two features to assist in creating and editing texts:
- AI Assistant: Generates content based on a command provided by the user.
- AI Commands: provides various options for modifying text snippets, such as summarizing, expanding, or refining the generated content.
Both features are available in all SoftExpert Suite fields that require rich text or descriptions, regardless of the component in which they are located.
This article will demonstrate an example of how to use these features in SoftExpert Risk.
AI Assistant and Commands in Text Editing
As an example, the Risk screen (RI455) will be used , but the procedure is the same for all other SoftExpert Suite component screens that offer both functionalities.
1. To generate descriptions using AI, go to the Library > Risk (RI455) menu.
2. For the registered risk for which you want to generate the description, click Open data.
3. In Description , click on AI Assistant.
4. Type the desired instruction, such as: "Generate description".
5. If the generated description is satisfactory, click Add. Otherwise, click Try again to generate a new description.
6. After clicking Include, the generated content will be automatically included in the description field.
7. To modify sections of the text, click on AI Commands. The available actions are:
- Summarize, Improve, Simplify, Expand, Refine, and Correct spelling.
- Change tone: Professional, Casual, Direct, Confident, and Friendly.
- Change style: Business, Legal, Journalistic, Medical, and Poetic.

8. Click on the desired action, and the content will be generated according to the selected option.
9. If the generated description is satisfactory, click Add . Otherwise, click Try again to generate a new description.
