1. To generate descriptions using AI, go to the Library > Risk (RI455) menu.

2. For the registered risk for which you want to generate the description, click Open data.

3. In Description , click on AI Assistant.

4. Type the desired instruction, such as: "Generate description".

5. If the generated description is satisfactory, click Add. Otherwise, click Try again to generate a new description.

6. After clicking Include, the generated content will be automatically included in the description field.

7. To modify sections of the text, click on AI Commands. The available actions are:
