Register a type of skill:

1. Access the Settings menu > Competency Type (CO019) .

2. To add a new type, click the button on the main toolbar.

4. In the Name field , enter the name of the competency type.

5. In the Superior Type field , indicate the type of competency that is hierarchically superior to the one being registered by the button .

Register a skill:

1. Access the Registration > Competency (CO004) menu .

2. To add a new skill, click the button on the main toolbar.

3. On the screen that opens, select the type of competency and click the button to continue.

4. On the competency data screen, fill in the Identifier with a code or use the automatic generation feature, according to the type of competency configured.

5. In the Name field , name the competency.

6. In the Proficiency Scale field , select the scale that will be used to assess the employee's proficiency using the button .

7. In the Revision field , select the revision of the proficiency scale that will be used in the assessment.

8. In the Description field , enter any additional information about the competency.

9. Click Save to unlock the remaining tabs for this competency.

10. After saving, access the Evaluation Item tab and add an item using the button in the sidebar toolbar.

11. On the screen that will open, indicate the desired item in the respective field, in addition to indicating its weight in the evaluation and its sequence in the list of items.
