Configure proficiency scale

2. In the first quadrant, fill in the search filters and click the SEARCH button.
3. In the list of records, locate and select the desired proficiency level.
4. Next, click the button
in the sidebar toolbar.
5. Click the OK button to end the scale review.

The proficiency scale can only be approved if it has at least two registered proficiency levels.
Include a new revision of the proficiency scale.
1. Access the Settings menu > Proficiency Scale (CO020).
2. In the first quadrant, fill in the search filters and click the SEARCH button.
3. In the list of records, locate and select the desired proficiency level.
4. Next, in the side toolbar of the third quadrant, click the button

5. At this point, the scale data screen will open, allowing you to edit the Identifier, Name, and Revision.

to save the record. The Proficiency Level tab will then be enabled for editing.
7. After reviewing the scale and making all necessary adjustments, click the button
to save and exit the record.

To successfully create a review, the selected proficiency scale must have its status set to Approved.
