Viewing and managing application records
Prerequisites
- Access to the application created through the App builder (AB001) menu.
- Access permission to the application menus, enabled through the access group.
- Instances started through the application.
- Items created through the application.
Introduction
The application menus allow users to view and manage the records created through them.
In the process menus, it is possible to view open instances and perform some actions in its activities.
In the form table menus, it is possible to view and manage the items.

Viewing and managing records
• If the process associated with the application is also being used in a workflow type, instances started through it in the SoftExpert Workflow > Execution > Start (WF003) menu will also be displayed on the process menu of the application.
• The displayed search filters vary according to the options parameterized in the menu configuration, performed when creating the application.
• For more information on instance management, refer to the SoftExpert Workflow documentation.
• The items created directly on the Record tab of the table associated with the menu will also be displayed in the listing.
