Enabling access to the application
Prerequisites
- Access to the SoftExpert Configuration > Configuration > Access group (CM011) menu.
- Previously created application.
Introduction
After creating and configuring the application, in order to make it available next to the other component systems to be accessed by users, it is necessary to enable its access.
To do this, you must enable the new application and select which menus will be available to users through an access group.
Enabling access to the application
1. Access the SoftExpert Configuration > Configuration > Access group (CM011) menu.
2. Select the access group in which you want to enable the access permission to the application.
3. Click on the button.

4. Access the Menu permissions tab.
5. Locate the app you wish to enable and mark the checkbox next to its name. Make sure all menus in the application to which users should have access are enabled.
6. Click on the button.
