Verifiying the effectiveness of the action plan

Prerequisites
- Access to the My tasks menu;
- Execution of all plan actions closed or verified.
Introduction
The effectiveness of an action plan is defined through the execution of a task. The task is generated if the record has the verification configured in the category.
Details of the Effectiveness verification task
| Who receives it | Users who compose the responsibility route for the effectiveness verification of the action plan. |
| When | The execution of all the actions that make up a plan is finished or verified, according to the configurations set in its category. |
| Purpose | To allow the responsible parties to evaluate whether the implementation of the planned actions happened in accordance with the pre-established objectives. |
This task can also be executed through the button available in the notification e-mail related to it.
Executing a task
1. Access the My tasks > Action plan > Effectiveness verification menu.
2. Select the action plan and click on the 
button.
3. On the record data screen, inspect the information.
4. Then, click on the Approve button.
5. On the screen that will be opened, leave a comment regarding the approval reason.
6. To finish, click on the Approved button again.
If there are any inconsistencies when inspecting the action plan, click on the Reject button (step 2). Thus, the action plan will be sent to the planning step again.
Conclusion
Once the action plan effectiveness is verified, it is possible to evaluate, through actual results, the possibility of reusing the strategy or improving it in the future.
