When adding team members, when filtering the search by Business unit, the hierarchy of business units and departments that belong to them will be displayed.

To consider the organizational units that are below the checked unit in the hierarchy for the search, it is necessary to enable the Consider sublevels option at the bottom of the search window.

Thus, whenever new organizational sub-units are created, whether they are units or departments, they will automatically be added to the team.
