Prerequisites

• Access to the Configuration > Attribute menu;
• Permission to edit defined in the attribute security.

Introduction

Attribute relationships aim to link attributes with related information, allowing them to be more detailed.

For example: it is possible to create the Responsible department upper level attribute with the following values: Marketing, Sales, Quality control, etc.

The Marketing value can be related to the Marketing team lower level attribute, which will have values with the names of the team members.

The tab to configure an attribute relationship will only be available after saving the record for the first time.
