Configuring report access

 

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Configuration > Customize > Report (CM027) menu.
  • Previously created report.

 

Introduction

After configuring a report, it is possible to define who will be allowed to access it, as well as the operations that can performed on it.

Available access types

Team Members of a team created in SoftExpert Administration.
Organizational unit Users from a certain business unit/department of the organization.
Department/Position Users from a certain department of the organization, who have a specific position.
Position Users holding a certain position in the organization.
User A specific user.
All All users who have access to SoftExpert Configuration.
 
 

Available security controls

View It allows for viewing the data of the report.
Edit It allows for editing the data of the report.
Delete It allows for deleting the report.
Scheduling It allows for scheduling the report.
