Configuring report access
Prerequisites
- Access to the Configuration > Customize > Report (CM027) menu.
- Previously created report.
Introduction
After configuring a report, it is possible to define who will be allowed to access it, as well as the operations that can performed on it.

Available access types
Team | Members of a team created in SoftExpert Administration. |
Organizational unit | Users from a certain business unit/department of the organization. |
Department/Position | Users from a certain department of the organization, who have a specific position. |
Position | Users holding a certain position in the organization. |
User | A specific user. |
All | All users who have access to SoftExpert Configuration. |
Available security controls
View | It allows for viewing the data of the report. |
Edit | It allows for editing the data of the report. |
Delete | It allows for deleting the report. |
Scheduling | It allows for scheduling the report. |
