1 - On the main screen, locate and select the blocked competency. Blocked competencies can be identified by the icon in the record list.

2 - In the toolbar, click the More button and select the Unlock option .

3 - On the displayed screen, note that it is divided into two columns:

  • The "From" column displays the proficiency scale data used before the lockdown and its respective levels.
  • In the "To" column , the data for the new proficiency scale is displayed. In the fields for each level, select the new level that will be equivalent to the corresponding level in the " From" column .

4 - After defining all the equivalencies between the old and new levels, click the Save button to finish. The competency will be unlocked and the already evaluated levels of the employees in the mappings will be automatically updated.
