The action can be performed either through the execution menu or through the task automatically generated after the protocol is closed.
Execute closure acknowledgment
1. Access the menu Execution > Closure Acknowledgment (PT007) or My Tasks > Closure Acknowledgment.
2. Locate and select the desired protocol.
It is important to note that the closure acknowledgment will not be displayed for the user who performed the protocol routing closure.
3. Click the 
button on the toolbar.
4. The system will ask whether you want to confirm the closure acknowledgment of the protocol. Choose the desired option:
- OK: the closure acknowledgment will be confirmed and the protocol will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
- Cancel: the protocol will remain pending for closure acknowledgment confirmation.
