How does the cause work?
Introduction
Cause is a generic resource used to record the reasons for the occurrence of a nonconformity. This resource is part of the Administration, SPC, FMEA, Supply, Maintenance, PDM, Process, Workflow, and Risk components.
By using causes, the manager can improve control over any unforeseen circumstances. In addition to recording causes, the feature also allows users to analyze them in search of solutions. Thus, this feature will prevent nonconformities from happening again, generating greater stability in the processes of the organization.
