SoftExpert Audit general parameters

Prerequisite

  • Access to the Configuration > General parameters (AU030) menu.

Introduction

The General parameters menu allows for setting the component's general configurations, such as integration with the components in which the occurrences will be created.

See how to configure the general parameters of SoftExpert Audit:

Configuring the general parameters

1. Access the Configuration > General parameters (AU030) menu.

2. Perform the necessary configurations in each field:

General tab

Occurrence: select the objects that will be used to record or handle the occurrences identified in the audits. The system allows for integration with the Action plan and Workflow components.

Isolated action Enable this option to allow for recording isolated actions, from SoftExpert Action plan, when nonconformities are identified during the execution of an audit.
Action plan Enable this option to allow for recording action plans, from SoftExpert Action plan, when nonconformities are identified during the execution of an audit.
Workflow Enable this option to allow for recording workflows, from SoftExpert Workflow, when nonconformities are identified during the execution of an audit.

For the integration to work correctly, the Action plan and Workflow components must be part of the solutions acquired by your organization.

Require lead auditor selection in audits: during the planning of requirement audits, the system will make it mandatory to select an auditor as lead auditor.

Allow the responsible for execution to edit the requirement structure: it allows the responsible auditor to make adjustments to the structure and to requirement configurations, even during the execution of a requirement audit.

Require the completion of the result for the closure of the requirement audit: requirement audits can only be closed if they have results entered, provided that result permission is configured in the audit category.

Report tab

Use the Maximum width and Maximum height fields to set the maximum size for printing images on reports.

Limiting image size allows for better visualization and performance in report generation.

Enable the Apply maximum image size configuration to the report content view mode option so that the maximum size of the images is applied when the content of the report is opened in view mode.

3. Upon finishing the adjustments, click on the button.

Conclusion

All done! The general parameters of the component have been configured.
