Copying an audit
Prerequisites
- Access to the Management > Audit > Tracking (AU012) menu.
- User defined as member of the team responsible for the audit.
- Audit created in the system, in the planning, preparation, approval, execution, or closure step.
Introduction
The system allows the users who are members of the responsible team, which is defined in the category or during the planning, to copy audits created in the system.
See how to perform this operation:
Copying an audit
1. Access the Management > Audit > Tracking (AU012) menu.
2. Select the audit you wish to copy and click on More.
3. Click on the Clone record option.
4. On the screen that will open, enter the planned start date in the Audit execution field.
5. Click on the button. At this point, the audit data screen will be displayed.
6. In the Schedule section, enter the planned start and end dates for the Planning step.
7. Click on the Save and exit button.

Conclusion
Once the operation is finished, the audit created through the copy can be accessed via the Management > Audit > Planning (AU009) menu.
