Introduction
Once a training is finished, it is possible to issue certificates in order to proof its completion by an employee.
SoftExpert Training issues a standard certificate, which has basic information concerning the instructor or participant, the training, its dates of completion, etc.
SoftExpert Document allows for generating certificates. To do so, it uses templates associated with document categories.
Templates are documents that serve as a reference; for this reason, they are copied every new revision, which allows for issuing certificates for different employees. In order for data such as course name, participant, and instructor to be inputted automatically, it is important to configure a metadata export associated with the template in the category used.
