Adding a question group

 

Prerequisites

  • Access to the File > Question (SV003) menu.
  • Access to the Configuration > Question group (SV019) menu.

 

Introduction

A question can be associated with a question group during its creation.

Question groups classify added questions and organize them into specific clusters. This way, questions can be divided according to their usefulness and characteristics.

Adding a question group

1. Access the Configuration > Question group (SV019) menu and click on the Add icon. button.

2. Fill in the ID # and Name fields.

3. In the Icon field, use the Search icon. button to select the icon that will represent the group.

4. If you wish, in the Upper level type field, click on the button and select the type that is hierarchically above this one.

5. Finally, click on Save and exit icon..

Adding a question group to a question

1. Access the File > Question (SV003) menu.

2. Select an existing question and click on the Edit icon. button.

3. On the screen that will open, click on the Add icon. button next to the Question group field in order to add the question group.

4. Fill in the ID # and Name fields.

5. In the Icon field, use the Search icon. button to select the icon that will represent the group.

6. If you wish, in the Upper level type field, click on the Search icon. button and select the type that is hierarchically above this one.

7. Finally, click on Save and exit icon..

User following the steps described above to add a question group in the question data.
