• SoftExpert Document acquired by the organization.
• SoftExpert Warehouse acquired by the organization.
• SoftExpert PDM acquired by the organization.
• SoftExpert Supply acquired by the organization.
• Access the Configuration > Hazardousness (SU030) menu .
• Access the Settings > Hazardousness (IT035) menu .

Presentation

The hazard classification allows for the classification of supplies and items according to specific risks to health, safety, or the environment. 

This feature makes it possible to record and standardize information related to hazardous substances or materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating internal control.

By defining the types of hazard beforehand, it is possible to associate them with supplys and items during registration, ensuring the correct identification and proper handling of these materials throughout the management chain.

Configure hazardousness

1. Access the Settings > Hazardousness menu .

2. Click the button to add a record.

3. On the screen that will open, fill in the identifier and the name .

4. If desired, check the "Control mandatory documentation" option to request the association of attachments or documents during the warehouse control steps. Then, select the available steps in the list.

5. Finally, click the button .
