SoftExpert Request widgets
Prerequisite
- Access to the SoftExpert Suite portal menu.
Introduction
Widgets aim to help users view record metrics graphically. SoftExpert Request provides the following widget:
Request tracking
This widget displays a list with all the requests that the logged user has issued and that have not yet been closed, allowing for monitoring their flow. In the Administration component, on the File > Organizational unit > User (AD004) menu, if it has been configured that the logged user will have full or specific control over the records of a department, position, or user, the system will also display the requests issued by that department, position, or user.
Once the portal editing screen is closed, the requests will be displayed in the widget. When you click on a request, the cell will expand and show its information. When hovering the mouse over the request, you will see the "View request data" option.
